| SONGS |
|
Each
song in this musical is a familiar tune with a new hymn text.
Some are hymn tunes, some are familiar folk tunes, some are
classics, and some are Christmas melodies for which no accessible
Christian text has been available. If you think any of the
tunes might be less familiar to your congregation, simply
have the accompanist play through the music once before singing.
This should allow your people to recall the tune and sing
it confidently.
|
| STAGING |
|
This
musical may be presented simply and effectively with congregation,
keyboard accompaniment, and two narrators. Those who prefer
to stage it more elaborately are welcome to do so. Be creative!
Make it your own! Optional Staging suggestions are provided
at the end of the script.
